I am a boy of 80 years, then I would say that mixtape! Perhaps a collection of her albums, magazines or books that you might like too. :) I also have what it takes.
It's very nice that you do too. I am sure you will love you even more for them. :)
For substances, make sure you are ultra-soft with aloe or another are so sweet for a sore nose. What kind of magazines? "Men's Health" or something like that. Perhaps some throat lozenges. Blistex lip balm for chapped or the other if the lips. :) How beautiful GF is ....
